Now its 2nd year, the Axco Global Insurance Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements, innovation and collaboration of the insurance ecosystem managing complex global risk.
Following a thorough judging process, Phoenix CRetro was shortlisted, ahead of the official awards ceremony to be held on the 18th April 2024.
The judging panel was made up of a diverse range of highly influential and respected figures within the insurance community, including Antonio Vianello, Head of Multinational Programs & Network Management – Generali Global Corporate & Commercial, Karen Gorman, Global Services & Solutions Leader Europe, Risk & Broking – Willis Towers Watson, and Karol Dobias, Global Head of Multinational Transformation, Performance and BEX – Allianz Commercial.
Since inception in Autumn’21 our UK CPD certified project remain the only global executive education & certification program on the Fundamentals of Insurance-Linked Securities. With so far 75+ alumni from 35 countries including key industry players, regulators and sovereign pools our programme uncovers the magic of ILS from three different perspectives: as uncorrelated investment asset class, as reinsurance alternative risk transfer mechanism and as a regional/sovereign post-disaster risk finance solution.
The Best Training Initiative in Global Risk detailed the outstanding work of Phoenix CRetro team and guest speakers showcasing the Fundamentals of Insurance-Linked Securities programme.
